Changes after approval may incur additional charges for labor, metal, gemstones, diamonds, CAD design, casting, setting, or fabrication. Advanced changes may require restarting portions of the design process. Sizing, Dimensions & Design Approval I understand ring sizing, chain length, dimensions, proportions, design details, material choices, stone information, quote terms, and project description are my responsibility to review and approve before production begins. Client-Supplied Stones & Materials I understand Vermont Gem Lab is not responsible for scratching, chipping, breaking, or damage to client-supplied diamonds, gemstones, jewelry, or materials not purchased from Vermont Gem Lab. Existing stones and heirloom jewelry may contain hidden damage, treatments, fractures, wear, or previous repairs that increase risk during removal, setting, repair, or manufacturing. Authorization to Begin Work By approving the proposal and signing electronically, I confirm that I have reviewed the design, quote, policies, risks, and acknowledgments, and authorize Vermont Gem Lab to begin work according to this published project revision.
