I had a great experience with Vermont Gem Lab. Kennon met with me initially to discuss my vision for an engagement ring modification, and was incredibly patient and educational throughout the process. What was most important to me was preserving the sentimental value of my original ring. I wanted to keep the same stones as well as the original band, but update the peg setting to make the ring feel more refined. Kennon understood that vision and helped me reimagine the ring without losing the elements that made it meaningful to me in the first place. Throughout several visits, he walked me through different options, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured while deciding on the final design. The final product exceeded my expectations. It feels like the perfect balance of honoring the original ring while giving it a beautiful, updated look that I absolutely love. I met with Kennon for an appraisal and sizing of a ring. I found him to be quite open and upfront. He seems quite knowledgeable and very willing to share his expertise. In particular, I appreciated watching him on camera as he worked on the piece. I highly recommend him.
